What you will be doing:

1.    Communication:
•    Act as a liaison between suppliers/content providers and internal teams within the organization.
•    Communicate effectively with suppliers/content providers to gather necessary information and address concerns
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for suppliers/ ensure a seamless content integration experience
2.    Supplier Onboarding:
•    Work with content providers to integrate and upload product catalogs, pricing, and other relevant content onto the Ariba Network
•    Ensure accurate mapping and categorization of products and services within the Ariba system.
3.    Technical Support:
•    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to content integration
•    Collaborate with internal IT teams to address and resolve technical challenges faced by content providers.
4.    Documentation and Training:
•    Develop and maintain documentation for content providers on Ariba content enablement processes.
•    Conduct training sessions for internal teams and content providers on best practices for content integration
5.    Quality Assurance for Supplier Enablement
•    Conduct regular reviews of supplier integrations to ensure compliance with Ariba standards.
•    Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of supplier onboarding.
6.    Quality Assurance for Content Enablement
•    Conduct regular reviews of integrated content to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Ariba standards
•    Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of content enablement processes.
 

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a colleague who ideally matches the following requirements:

•    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology).
•    Experience with Ariba Supplier and Content Enablement and Ariba Network.
•    Technical background with the ability to troubleshoot integration issues.
•    Familiarity with procurement processes and supply chain management is a plus.
•    Experience with the use of advanced excel is a plus.
•    Languages: fluent English is a must (oral & written)
