Your Key Accountabilities
  • Develop technical specifications and support the selection and implementation of new manufacturing equipment.
  • Lead equipment installation, commissioning, and project execution activities, including schedule, budget, and stakeholder management.
  • Coordinate with Production, R&D, Quality, Maintenance, vendors, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and upgrades to maintain reliable operations.
  • Analyze equipment and process performance, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions and improvements.
  • Support CapEx planning, budget control, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field, with experience in equipment engineering, manufacturing, or production environments.
  • Proven experience in equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, and implementation of manufacturing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting, reliability improvement, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, external contractors, and equipment vendors, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Fluent in Korean and professionally proficient in English; SAP experience and relevant engineering certifications are preferred.
