Your Key Accountabilities

Develop technical specifications and support the selection and implementation of new manufacturing equipment.
Lead equipment installation, commissioning, and project execution activities, including schedule, budget, and stakeholder management.
Coordinate with Production, R&D, Quality, Maintenance, vendors, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and upgrades to maintain reliable operations.
Analyze equipment and process performance, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions and improvements.
Support CapEx planning, budget control, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field, with experience in equipment engineering, manufacturing, or production environments.
Proven experience in equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, and implementation of manufacturing projects.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting, reliability improvement, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, external contractors, and equipment vendors, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Fluent in Korean and professionally proficient in English; SAP experience and relevant engineering certifications are preferred.
