Job Purpose
- Executes and/or manages work in a range of Production topics.
- Responsible for planning, controlling and delivering production processes.
- Optimizes the efficiency and quality of products to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Executes and supports a range of production activities to safely and efficiently manufacture chemical catalyst products.
- Ensures production processes meet quality standards, customer specifications, and delivery timelines while adhering to operational policies and procedures.
Work Schedule & Environment

24/7 plant operation with a rotating 12-hour schedule. Employees work 4 days one week and 3 days the next, with shifts rotating on a planned cycle to provide full week coverage.
- This role operates in a manufacturing setting involving chemical processing and industrial equipment. Work may include exposure to heat, noise, and hazardous materials. Strict adherence to safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times
Career Level & Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of chemical operator experience or equivalent manufacturing experience
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and criminal background check
- Must be able to obtain a forklift license
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
- Basic problem-solving skills with ability to make routine process adjustments
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean workplace
Your Key Accountabilities
- Executes assigned tasks in General Production following standard operating procedures and safety/quality requirements.
- Maintains accuracy and completeness of records, documentation, and transactions in line with controls.
- Recognizes issues or inconsistencies and supports the continuous improvement of work procedures and instructions.
- Supports colleagues and responds to stakeholder requests in a timely, professional manner.
- Maintains accurate documentation and records in line with policies and procedures.
- Escalates issues, risks, and deviations promptly to supervisor and follows through on corrective actions.
- Operates production equipment to manufacture organic and inorganic chemical products in accordance with daily schedules and supervisor direction
